Terrace Apartment Overlooking Piazza Duomo and Mount Etna
Accommodation
Dream House Duomo Catania is a one-bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with no elevator, in Catania city centre. The living room includes a dining area and a work desk, while the sleeping area is separated by a curtain, not a door, which affects privacy between rooms. The apartment has a balcony, a terrace with mountain views, and air-conditioning in the bedroom; the living room air-conditioning may not function.
Terrace and Views
The apartment's terrace faces directly onto Piazza Duomo, providing a close view of the Cathedral of Saint Agatha and, on clear days, Mount Etna. Guests can hear church bells and street musicians from the main square while on the terrace. The terrace is the most valued aspect of the property, according to guest reviews.
Location
The property is a 1-minute walk from Catania Piazza Duomo and a 2-minute walk from Catania Cathedral. Casa Museo di Giovanni Verga is 300 metres away, and Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 5 km from the apartment. The central location puts guests within easy reach of cafes, restaurants, and bars, while the area is quiet in the evenings.
Services
The apartment offers free WiFi, heating, and air-conditioning in the bedroom. Massage services are available, including back, foot, full body, and neck massage, on request. An airport shuttle can be arranged, with services for both pick-up and drop-off.
